All work is carried out by OFTEC registered engineers and complies with current regulations and industry standards. We are fully covered by public liability and employer's liability insurance.
All quotations provided by MPD Tanks Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided to us and a site survey where applicable. We reserve the right to amend a quotation if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project. Final pricing will be confirmed before any additional work is carried out.
By accepting a quotation, you are entering into a contract with MPD Tanks Ltd for the agreed services. Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or invoice provided. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover costs already incurred. If materials have been ordered specifically for your project, you may be liable for the cost of those materials.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quotation or booking our services. You are responsible for ensuring that we have reasonable access to the work site and that the site is safe and suitable for the work to be carried out. Any existing hazards, underground services, or access restrictions must be disclosed to us prior to the commencement of work.
All work carried out by MPD Tanks Ltd is performed to a professional standard and in compliance with OFTEC regulations. Manufacturer warranties on tanks and equipment will be passed on to you where applicable. Any defects in our workmanship should be reported to us as soon as possible and we will rectify them at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the quality and safety of our work, MPD Tanks Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the contract for the services provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
MPD Tanks Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
